  • Why does it say "Account does not exist" when I try to log in?

    • If you are using gmail, it is possible that you have the wrong login.

    Please note that your account is registered by Google authorization, not by gmail+password, and you can only sign in to it by clicking "Sign in with Google".


  • Why doesn't it respond after I click [Sign In] ?

    • Please try again to sign in in a new window.


  • How do I set a password for my account?

    • If your account was created by Google authorization, there is no way to set a password for it, because it does not require a password to sign in.

    If not, you can reset your password in your profile or at https://bigspy.com/user/forgot.


  • How do I delete my account?

    • You can delete/cancel your account in your profile. When you delete, you are voluntarily giving up all assets and rights in my account.



  • Can I get a refund after deleting my account?

    • There will be no refunds after you delete your account.
