1. Why does it say "Account does not exist" when I try to log in?

If you are using gmail, it is possible that you have the wrong login.
Please note that your account is registered by Google authorization, not by gmail+password, and you can only sign in to it by clicking "Sign in with Google".

2. Why doesn't it respond after I click [Sign In] ?

Please try again to sign in in a new window.

3. How do I set a password for my account?

If your account was created by Google authorization, there is no way to set a password for it, because it does not require a password to sign in.
If not, you can reset your password in your profile or at https://bigspy.com/user/forgot.

4. How do I delete my account?

You can delete/cancel your account in your profile. When you delete, you are voluntarily giving up all assets and rights in my account.

5. Can I get a refund after deleting my account?

There will be no refunds after you delete your account.
