  • Where do I download the invoice?

    • You can download invoices in your profile - top right corner of invoices.


  • What if I don't receive the SMS verification code when I fill out the INVOICE form?

    • It doesn't matter if you didn't receive the SMS when filling out the invoice form. On my side, the purchase is already successful.

    If you want to add some details to the invoice, please send me the information and I will update the invoice for you.


  • How can I change the information on the invoice?

    • Please send me the information and I will update your invoice for you.


  • When I click download invoice and it doesn't respond, how can I fix it?

    • If you are using Chrome, this sometimes happens because Chrome may block the download for security reasons (even if the file is completely secure). It is recommended that you retry the download in another browser or in a new incognito window.
