1. How to cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel the subscription, you can:

1. 1. Click your name in the top right corner of the website then go to your PLAN
   2. Click the button with "cancel subscription" written on
   3. Read carefully and confirm on each step （especially choose “cancel subscription” at the second confirmation step）
   4. After cancellation, please do recheck your account status and ensure there is no upcoming payment. Btw, you can still use the remainder of your bill.

**2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime? **

Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you'd like and continue to use BigSpy for the remainder of your billing cycle. We will not charge after the expiry date.

**3. Can I ask for a refund? **

Users are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please read BigSpy's Refund Policy https://bigspy.com/refund-policy for details.

Advance notice: Requests that do not comply with the refund policy will not be approved.

We will process the request within 72 hours of receipt and notify you of the outcome by email.

Note

1) The first payment is the first payment for an established account; it does not include renewals, planned upgrades or re-purchases.

2) Please provide us with a thorough and supporting reason for your refund.

3) We do not guarantee refunds for non-use or dissatisfaction.
