    For monthly and yearly subscriptions, BigSpy accepts payment via credit cards and Alipay.


  • How do I upgrade my plan?

    • You can upgrade your plan and pay for the price difference at https://bigspy.com/pricing


  • How do I unsubscribe from the current plan?

    • If you want to cancel the subscription, you can:


    1. Click your name in the top right corner of the website then go to your PLAN
    2. Click the button with "cancel subscription" written on
    3. Read carefully and confirm on each step （especially choose “cancel subscription” at the second confirmation step）
    4. After cancellation, please do recheck your account status and ensure there is no upcoming payment. Btw, you can still use the remainder of your bill.
